I am currently working in a fast food restaurant, So I do understand the characteristics of team and its requirements to make it successful. I personally feel that in every successful team the most important thing is that you should feel comfortable and should share your comfort level with others in a team. Me and my other colleagues always divide up the tasks for each member, which is need to be done by the end of the shift. But, we never mind helping out each other, and doing each other chores at work. We have certain understanding which leads us to work in a friendly environment and to improve our team effort. As a team, if you help other members with their tasks, then you would expect them to help you with your tasks as well. I've been through this at work, once I was performing tasks for one of my colleague and then while I was doing my own chores my colleague starting helping me out with my tasks. So, you need to understand each other, feel comfortable with whatever you do, and feel positive with the hope of being successful in future.
