I totally agree with him, most important is that the goals need to be set with deadline and you need to put all your effort to achieve them as a team through the positive team work. It takes a lot of effort, passionate members, dedicating people, improved skills to make it a successful team. Always keep in mind that you have well matched members working on a certain project and/or eligible to discuss important issues.
One of the good quality about the successful team is sharing knowledge, information without any hesitation and they are willing to participate in the discussions with other members rather than competing as an individual. They have ability to solve the matter or any conflicts occurred in teams rather than make it as a issue or being irresponsible for not taking step forward. Another characteristics of successful teams is that they are more interesting to receive an achievement as a team rather than being appreciated or awarded as an individual.
