I think leadership is really important, because someone needs to be responsible enough to step forward and to make sure that things resulted the way it was expected. Also, one need to be attentive, cooperating, and last but not the least is need to be fully satisfied with its decision of being associated with certain team or organization. No double minded; this will lead you nowhere!!!
